Houston Medical Imaging Heights is dedicated to providing the most advanced radiology services to patients in the Houston Heights neighborhood. HMI Heights is located in 2 suites (104 and 401) at 427 West 20th St.

Houston Medical Imaging Heights provides a range of imaging procedures performed on the most state-of-the-art equipment. These services include: 3T MRI, Breast MRI, Prostate Imaging (Prostate MRI), 3D Mammography, CT (including low-dose Lung CT and Calcium Score), Ultrasound, Digital X-Ray, and DEXA. Our HMI Heights radiologists are experienced diagnostic health experts, who are able to read and interpret patient images, providing the health answers you need.

Our professional staff of technologists, radiologists, and care team members are dedicated to ensuring that all patients are treated with respect, compassion, and professionalism throughout their visit. The Houston Medical Imaging Heights team is here for all of our patients, including those with special needs, such as anxiety and multiple languages.

Please note we do not schedule exam times for digital X-ray exams - all digital X-ray appointments are walk-in only. Patients do not require a physician referral to schedule a screening 3D Mammography exam.
